    I loved this workout. Good pace allowing for better form. It’s challenging enough (worked up a sweat!) but felt good about being able to do all of the exercises. Thanks Andrea!

    Great class Andrea! Loved the focus of this workout! Liked the cue to ‘push your feet into the floor’ even when the floor isn’t there, so to speak! I found this helped to fire up the back of my legs and find that elusive (for me????) lift in the back! #gettingmy2waystretchon ????????
    I’ll be practicing this one again!
    Oh, and I think I recognize your assistant !! ????
