    Hi Niedra, Is there any particular reason you taught the full roll up to these beginner students before the hundreds? Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

      Sometimes students spines are tight and stiff and the muscles are not yet lubriactes. The roll up is a way to get it all ” juicy” and firing, so – that was my motivation. More like a warm up – so the psoas is longer and not locking. Hope this helps.
