Feeling ready to turn your world upside down? In this video Kathi shares exercises that will help to prepare you for some of the most advanced inversions in Pilates. And then she demonstrates those inversions including headstands and handstands on the floor, Ladder Barrel and with Push Up Handles; the Candle and Hanging on the Cadillac and Stall Bars; and Jumping Off the Stomach, Handstand and Thread the Needle on the Ladder Barrel.     I’m lost for words…. Gobsmacked you might say! I particularly love that you took us on a journey around ALL the equipment with this whole series from beginners to advanced (minus the reformer- but he usually gets loads of the love most of the time so I’m sure he didn’t mind as you referenced him plenty, which I also loved! :))) Thank you both x
