Find out why and what you can use in the Pilates system to restore pain free movement to clients dealing with pain in the upper body. It took me a while to truly understand how intresting this information actually is. Since I have a stiff upper back and suffer from elbow pain from time to time I think this could be the step I kind of skipped in my practise. It would be nice to see you apply the theory in a session with a client Fabien!
