Runners: do you warm up when you go for a run? If you answered NO (or like most people we polled, NEVER), this 10 minute core activator is your new best friend! Designed with the specific needs of runners in mind, it takes place outside, and you don't have to get down on the ground to get your core fired up and ready for a faster, more efficient run.
