Pilates Teacher

Trish Garland was hand-picked by Romana Kryzanowska to carry on the work of Joseph Pilates. Now a world renown Romana’s Pilates  Instructor-Trainer, Trish personally supervises each client’s progress. In addition to sharing her knowledge with clients and Instructors in the Los Angeles training center, Trish also appears as a guest instructor throughout the world at seminars, dance symposiums and other Pilates training centers. Trish has been teaching thousands – from beginners to those with advanced certification – in the authentic Method of Joseph Pilates.

An accomplished Broadway dancer and actor ,Trish starred in the original production of “A Chorus Line”, the legendary musical which ran for 15 years in New York. She developed and starred in the show from workshop through its first three years on Broadway, where she created role of “Judy Turner,” for which she received the prestigious Drama Desk Award. The production won nine Tony Awards, as well as the 1976 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
