    The Wunda chair is sweet torture! Thank you so much for your detailed instructions. Very challenging but I love that it requires so much of my concentration and focus. I am tall and long – but no excuses right? 🙂

      ‘Tall and long ‘ does have its challenges, particularly on the Wunda Chair. With long limbs or a very long torso, there is so much hanging over the chair that it does not provide adequate support. However, concentrate on the exs that you can manage and omit the ones that make you feel unsafe.

    I have watched this workout several times and each time I pick up another piece of the exercise and it seems to get better and better. I learn so much from you. You have helped me grow and expand!!!

    Table, however gives me grief. I don’t quite understand how to initiate the movement without using the legs. Please give me your advice. I’m looking forward to tackling this particular exercise.

      I am delighted that this has helped you!
      As for ‘Table’, the best way is to start with the pedal completely up on a higher spring setting (1 high, 1 middle) if necessary for a more stable pedal. Then think of pulling the peddle towards the buttocks with your toes and then try and lift into the Table. That will prevent you from pressing down on the pedal. Just practice lifting and lowering the buttocks at first.
      When you have mastered that, you can restore the spring setting and do the rest of the exercise. Hope that helps!

    So nice to have an Instructor who always personally responds to each individuals comments.
    So respectful of others, and wonderful good manners.
    The Lady has a remarkable understanding of the Pilates Matwork. Quite special.
    Hopefully she will visit England soon.

    Great cues and slight variations on the work that really bring it home! The side pull-up seemed much harder with the feet in third position. Also, enjoyed not having to faff around changing the springs! Thanks Sonje.
