    Alisa, thanks:) It’s just that I love when KRN gets NASTY ……:) As for Kathi’s Mat and Reformer on the Mat – well … I am sure I have tackled all of them (as you know I am crazy about your website!), but – DEFINITELY, NOT mastered them all yet! Touche:)

      ewapilates–have you done all of Kathi’s mat classes already?! There are enough to make you sore for the rest of the year, lol. If you want something even crazier than what is already here, please let us know so we can plan it at our next Kathi meeting :)!
