    Yes, I agree. Angel is very very capable and well trained and what is so wonderful, she LOVES to work out and it shows. It is aways a pleasure to train someone so special. She is inspirational!

    For the Instructor – Niedra Gabriel this Lady must seem like a Gift from Joseph Pilates!
    One of the most talented and high ability practitioners I have had the privilege to observe, and follow along at home on my mat..
    Observing how this delightful Lady finds the exercise in her body and then doing it with such honesty is a huge learning tool. We don’t often see this.
    For myself a novice practitioner I see this as True Pilates Mat practice.
