Tiziana takes the basics to the next level in this third class in the series, adding a few Intermediate exercises to those you've been working on in her previous classes. You'll notice the pace moves along much more quickly, as Tiziana adds the important element of flow to the workout, except for new exercises which slow down for detailed instruction.
