Tiziana takes the basics to the next level in this third class in the series, adding a few Intermediate exercises to those you've been working on in her previous classes. You'll notice the pace moves along much more quickly, as Tiziana adds the important element of flow to the workout, except for new exercises which slow down for detailed instruction. Tiziana's student this time is Kathy, and new exercises include Corkscrew, the Saw, Neck Roll, Single Leg Kick, Neck Pull, Shoulder Bridge, Side Kicks, Teaser 1.     This was a big jump for me to a lot of new movements. I have to take it slowly and think about how I am using the core correctly so I don’t hurt myself. Maybe there is another video that takes each new movement slower and with more time to think. I might come back to this later but there are way too many new things to learn. I had to get up off the mate and stop it or go back after i did each one slowly. Sorry I am just slow and need more time. What do you suggest?

    Excellent beg/int class with good flow. Tiziana nails the basics and picks out common beginner’s mistakes. Nice one!
