    I feel so lucky for being your apprentice during 5 years now and I hope so for all the rest of my life. I agree with Gilann about the fact that our minds and body drink and eat your words and moves. I have been feeling like a sponge all these years until now. And I am still thirsty of your knowledge, of your magic because you surprise us all the time by having more than one trick in your bag. I loved watching the horseback. Thank you for all the things that you share with us- your students- so generously, and with the rest of the world through Pilatesology, for a beautiful life mission which is to ensure the perpetuity of this magical road to physical fitness thus to happiness that Joe left us.     Thank you Fabien. I really enjoy all of your workouts! Your explanations of these exercises (especially the sequencing) feel so natural and obvious. Even when just watching this, my mind says “of course!” And my body is already eating it up! You always leave me with an uplifted spirit and an enthusiastic attitude.
