    Err… why is this class in the first week of the intermediate challenge? I completed the 30 day basic challenge and, after a couple of weeks working on some exercises such as the teaser, decided to start the intermediate challenge which I thought would be a follow-on. It is not. In fact, it is quite demotivating to struggle so much with this after feeling good about completing the previous 30 day. Am I missing something? Is this not the next program to follow if I want to continue progressing? If so, I do still expect to have instruction and at a pace that matches that of the last class of the 30 day basic.

    I am sure this class is great for those who have been intermediate for a while (in fact I found the last exercise with the push-ups easy because I have been doing other strength courses) but it is not in the right place for this program. Maybe week 3?

      Hi vivogugua! You’re so right and I’ve had a sticky note on my desk to move that class from when I did this challenge last myself😳. I’m sorry you had to wonder what was going on–I’ll make changes this week.

    Fab class as ever thanks you ….I have a balanced body reformer and half cadillac- would you recommend changing to classical springs and from ropes to leather straps or would I be better investing in a Gratz reformer and lose the half cadillac?

      About your question and sorry for answer you back one 1 later, the feedback from the equipment its very important to me, so I’d go for Gratz, its the only one till today that I try and makes me feel the exercise the way its suppose to be!
