Victoria's student Liz has a recent shoulder injury (an AC Separation in her right shoulder) and is not using her arms at the moment to avoid aggravating the injury. Using the Wunda Chair and the Cadillac, Victoria gives her a full body workout with specific cues to help Liz control her hypermobile joints so she can support her shoulder with proper alignment. Visit Victoria at her studio Pilates66 on New York City’s Upper East Side.
