If you’re an aspiring rock climber, this workout is for you! Cary leads a specially designed series aimed at deep core control and flexibility (grab a set of 1-2 pound hand weights). You’ll gain strength without tension to make you supple as a panther, because moving with ease and efficiency is what allows you to climb more difficult routes.     Great workout! I am NOT CLIMBING, but I am se excited to practice this regime! CARY – she has this flair, enthusiasm, faith, queining, smile and this sense oh humour. I just love it!
