    If the Lady demonstrating was a Beginner, then I must applaud her matwork.
    I loved your transition variation of lowering to the mat.

    Going back a decade, or perhaps more, you performed in a DVD with Romana Kryzanowska Instructing you with Marjolein Brugman and Peter Fiasca.. You all three demonstrated the three mat levels. I used that DVD as part of my mat education.
    Having said all that, lets be having you Tiziana reproducing the skill levels you showed personally in that DVD, and get it up here on Pilatesology – You personally performing a Super Advanced Mat repertoire – as Romana Kryzanowska would have you do back in the day.
