In this mini-workshop, MeJo Wiggin demonstrates a range of wonderfully strengthening exercises aimed at fixing feet. She begins with the Pilates Toe Corrector, which when used correctly, can help to improve bowlegs, knock knees and weakness in the ankles and hips because it strengthens the muscular system that keeps our joints healthy and balanced.
