Chris Robinson might be well-known as Oprah's Pilates Trainer but he wants to spread the news that Pilates is great for building a man's body too. For his first workout with Pilatesology, this 2x Muay Thai Kickboxing Champion shares his own upper body routine. Chris begins with a basic set of 5 standing arm spring moves that push into the spring, and then turns around for moves that pull, to set the body up for the more advanced moves to come. Next, he links it all together in a complete upper body complex, finishing with a killer set of push ups both with and without the traditional Pilates Push Up Device.
