This class starts with a balance test that's repeated after a standing series and will immediately make you aware of the 'magic' that using the circle creates. This class moves at a slower pace and provides a lot of information for proper alignment. You'll finish with a standing arm series to open the chest and improve your posture and balance.

    Wondeful workout. I am an intermediate exerciser who tried Pilates a few times but really didn’t get it. Suddenly it all seems clearer. I will certainly do it often. Thank you Alisa!
