If you’re an overworked Pilates teacher running on empty when it comes to caring for your own body, you are not alone. Join Lani Palatino, the owner of Mind2Body studio as NIedra leads her through a stress-relieving, body elongating, breath of fresh air workout on the Ladder Barrel. Apparatus Note: This workout teaches a variation of Swan Dive that was taught to Lani by Romana Kryzanowska in which 2 light leg springs are attached to a Roll-Back Bar and used to create an oppositional energy. Be sure that your Ladder Barrel won’t slip on the floor by securing it with a non-slip surface.
