In this breathing focused exploratory session, Blossom takes you through several breathing patterns that are a blend of traditional Pilates and techniques used by her mentor, the late Kathy Grant. Kathy used sound in various ways in her teaching to encourage better breathing and movement.     Hi Kerry! We can help with the streaming issue–try this: on the bottom right side of the playbar, you’ll see the word AUTO. Click on that and set it to LOW. That will reduce the quality of the video so it will stream faster. If you’re using WiFi, you might also want to get closer to the router and/or try closing out other stuff when you’re watching videos so your device isn’t trying to do too much stuff at once.

    So great to have this video reminder of your workshop Blossom! Really hard to do because the video kept pausing and then restarting. I think I did the 200!!
