Join Miguel for a fast moving Tower workout that follows the order of the Intermediate Reformer. You’ll enjoy the variations for exercises like the Tree done using the Rollback Bar and Running done standing with Arm Springs (feels so good!). Notice as you work that the first repetition is difficult but as your body understands the connections, the springs begin to feel lighter and easier. Enjoy!
