    NIce, nice, nice. I like how you use the Pilates form to allow for these variations. I remember saRomans ying if you can find the movement or position somewhere in the vocabulary you can use it. You are a wonderful teacher!

    You are arockstar but why You usually teach mat class here in pilatesology ?

    Alisa, may I ask you where or from whom did these variations emanate from?
    Particularly like the introduction of the additional plank work/variations, as it really works the posterior chain, and we seldom see this aspect unfortunately.

      The variations Victoria teaches in this workout are either breakdowns of the original mat exercise or Reformer exercises performed on the mat.
