Think the basic mat is easy? Think again! You are guaranteed to discover exactly how your body likes to cheat in this workout. With Brett’s fantastically descriptive cues you’ll feel your abdominals so deeply, by the end it will seem as though your torso has been sculpted from marble. PROPS: Brett uses a tennis ball and a larger squishy ball to help you see your cheats, you  might also find it handy to use a strap for your feet and a pillow for neck support. Visit Brett at or his beautiful studio in Jersey City, NJ The Pilates Haus.

I love Brett! Excellent class, going to copy it for myself.
The only thing i would say – Glen has very rounded shoulders and i would definitely correct that throughout the class and modify some of the excercises to tackle that issue.
Having said that, huge respect for Brett and Glen! Awesome class!
