    Hi Andrea, I enjoyed and needed this workout. It had been awhile since I practiced with the Magic Circle. I found the hands-free Circle transition between the legs to be tricky. It was a humid day and at that point in the workout I was ‘glowing.’. Baby powder on my bare legs helped.

    Can I please ask you if your hand positioning on your feet for the SEAL is the hand position taught to you by Jay Grimes?

      Yes it is Colin – I think Jay’s hand positioning gets my lower body more connected into the center – I can pull my heels right in.
