    Great classical advanced mat! You almost never see the one-legged push-ups. I also love Boomerang. I’d love it if you could add control balance, snake/twist, star, though maybe that is in a 40-minute workout?

      Yeah! And a fun fyi–I read a study that says exercise before breakfast supercharges your day. Bonus!

      Hee hee! Two thoughts on this–I actually love sidekicks but didn’t know what to do with the battery pack for my mic in this video so when I got to the side it was on, I just got up. I’m sure I was lopsided afterward! Second thought, Jay always tells us not to teach more than 2 or 3 sidekick variations at a time, because that’s all that Joe did. Romana sometimes taught more than 3 but only if you needed some work on that area :).
