Seniors often bring to Pilates a host of health issues that can leave you confused on what to teach. To clear things up, Victoria identifies 4 important senior needs: posture, coordination, dexterity and balance. Along with her senior student Phyllis, she then demonstrates how to build basic skills to improve each of these 4 needs. Perhaps the most important lesson you’ll learn here is how to teach so that your clients internalize their new skills and use them outside of the studio.     Victoria is an excellent teacher. She systematically organized her student to have the necessary stabilization tools and thus to move her extremities successfully.! I particularly liked the eye ball exercise so often overlooked but a necessary part of nervous system.
