In this quick tutorial, Chris Blackburn offers a brilliant tip on everyone's nemesis Pilates move: The Kneeling Knee Stretches on the Reformer. If this exercise turns your body into a bowl of overcooked pasta, don't miss the end where Chris shows how to practice this tip at-home practice. It's totally doable and will build the core strength you need to rock the Knees Stretches back on the Reformer. This was really great, I struggle with the lifted knees and can only barely get them off the ground. I hope with continued practice and work I’ll be able to go higher.
