Owner and sole instructor at Your Pilates Lifestyle in Seminole, FL. I practiced Pilates as a student for many years while I was a Legal Assistant. After deciding that I needed to take my life in a new direction, I got certified through Power Pilates and worked initially with Tess Whelan at Pilates Premier Studio in St. Petersburg, FL. Approximately 6 years ago I decided to take another leap of faith and opened my own studio....haven't regretted it for a minute. I've met a lot of wonderful people along the way - with more to come!
