Nicole has been teaching Pilates and has been an avid student for many years. For herself and her students, she strives for a body that is balanced in strength and flexibility. Her continued work with Jay Grimes reminds her that Pilates movement requires commitment, ease with strength, flow, and a whole body connection. At Strong Body Pilates, each student is guided to improve strengths while addressing areas that need help. Privates and classes, as well as teacher training, inform all types of students that come through our door, to enhance the journey of Pilates.
