Molly Niles Renshaw

Molly Niles Renshaw began her Pilates studies in 1994 at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York, where she graduated with a B.S. in Dance. Molly found Pilates was the key to maintaining her dancer's body and her future was sealed. She was certified by Romana Kryzanowska at the Pilates Studio and Drago’s Gym in New York City in 1999. Molly is featured in the Zenirgy videos, “Pilates Workout with The Triad Ball” and several Winsor Pilates videos. Molly has taught in studios all over Los Angeles as well as New York City, Greenwich, CT and London, England. You can currently find her at Winsor Pilates in Brentwood, California. A Los Angeles native, she lives in Venice with her husband, Alan and son, Shepard.
