Miguel Silva

Born in Porto, Portugal, Miguel is the Founder and Director of Unopilates School, with locations in Algarve (Lagos), Porto and Zurich (https://unopilatesschool.com/), and is the owner of Uno Pilates Studio (https://uno-pilates-studio.business.site/?utm_source=gmb&utm_medium=referral) in Algarve (Lagos), Portugal. In 2015 he was one of 12 selected to enter the highly regarded certification program “The Work” at Vintage Pilates Studio under the mentorship of Jay Grimes himself, completed in 2016.
