I love teaching. I'm a teacher at heart. I have 35 yrs. experience in the public school system. First as an Elementary School Music Teacher for 10 years and then as a public school librarian for 21. I'm back to the music room to finish out my retirement. I love helping busy women make themselves a priority. I'm still learning and understanding the power of Pilates and how it can change your life. I love to share my passion about Pilates and how it makes everything we do better. I used our time in quarantine to finish my home studio, where I have a platform mat, Current Concepts Reformer named Ruby as well as other various props such as an arc, magic circle, small hand weights to name a few.
