I have been teaching Fitness since 1982. In 1984 opened my own gym, in 1989, partnered with a group to open 3 family fitness centers called The Center Clubs, in Bucks County Pa and Hunterdon County Nj. Functioned as aetobic and fitness director, hiring, training and managing over 100 instructors and Personal trainers. . In 2001, the Center Club in Lambertville Nj and I partnered to opened one of the first dedicated pilates studios in the country that functioned as part of the gym open to members. In 2005, I left the Center cluns and opened my first studio ... I have a background in anatomy from Temple University, as well as a BA in fne arts from Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art. I continue to train and study with the top notch teachers in Pilates, as well as many other disciplines I also work with the top Dressage trainer, and developer of the Equalities, Betsy Steiner, to help her students develop their riding skills through Pilates.
