Gloria Gasperi

I started my Pilates journey in Boston in 1999. After that I took many courses with no classical Pilates school, up to the moment I met the real Classical Pilates in the US and I got comprehensively certified with Clare Dunphy Hemani. After a long life in the sports and fitness world I’m completely dedicated to Pilates in my own studio in Sarzana, a small Italian town close to the sea. I started my trail in my teacher’s program at Vintage Pilates with Jay Grimes, Sandy Shimoda and Karen Frischmann. My aim is to grow in my Pilates life for myself and to give my contribution to develop Classic Pilates in Europe as well.
