Pilates junkie since 1999! I was fortunate enough to fall in love with Pilates watching Romana teach in the training centers in Chicago. I completed my training under Juanita Lopez working with teachers from around the USA. In 2006 I brought Pilates to Swansea where I have been teaching ever since and working with Romana's and Vintage instructors around Europe. The Pilates Studio Swansea is Swansea's only fully equipped apparatus studio, located in the heart of Mumbles. Pop on in!
