Elvy Perez Stigsby

Elvy is a Pilates teacher and wellness coach. She received her Pilates certification through Romana Kryzanowska in New York City and her wellness certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Elvy’s passion for movement began growing up in Colombia where she was a member of several dance companies as a young girl. Elvy lived in London and then moved to the New York City area where she graduated from the NYU Stern School of Business. She practiced Pilates as a private client for many years before becoming certified as an instructor. She combines her expertise in both Pilates and nutrition to improve and advance the lives of her clients in her boutique Montclair, NJ studio, Casa Pilates, and online coaching through ElvyOnline and Simply Well Today. Elvy is dedicated to extending the wisdom and happiness that comes with living an active and healthy lifestyle. She continues to advance in her practice studying her passion through workshops, conferences and private sessions with world class instructors, such as Kathy Ross-Nash, Sari Mejia Santo, Cynthia Lochard, Jay Grimes, Jerome Weinberg, amongst others. Elvy lives in Montclair, NJ with her husband Simon and her 3 children Isabella, Sofia and Jasper.
