We love to feel good and we share everything we know that may help people to achieve their maximum potential in life in all areas, this is our Lifestyle. Andrea has been teaching the Pilates Method since 2012. She has trained with Cynthia Lochard where she completed her Romana\\\'s Certification. Damian has been working with injury prevention and alternative therapies for over 17 years, promoting natural health, wellbeing, nutrition and exercise. Damian\\\'s qualifications include BA of Exercise Science, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Neuro Muscular Therapy. Our studio is located in Byron Bay, Australia in within a beautiful open minded community. It is a blessing to live in such a magical piece of this beautiful earth! Our doors are wide opened to Teachers and Students of all methods if you ever make it to the land downunder :)
