Allison Bowers

Hi, ya’ll! I’m Alli. I'm based out of Raleigh, NC and teach out of my studio in the City of Oaks. I discovered Pilates while rehabbing my knee in college at NC State University. I fell in love with it immediately. Soon after, I moved to Manhattan to attend graduate school & decided to get certified on the side. It was in New York City that I really dove into the Pilates method and made the transition from student to teacher. I was comprehensively certified through the United States Pilates Association (U.S.P.A) & spent almost a decade of my career working for and managing Equinox Pilates studios in Lower Manhattan. Today, you can find me teaching privates, duets, group apparatus classes and mat classes out of my studio, HEIGHTS PILATES. I love sharing my passion for classical Pilates in Raleigh & feel so lucky to teach this work!
