    Lovely, Lovely class. I am going to do this class a few times to take it all in. Fun and effective ques. I really liked the small are pumps you put in on teaser and swan. Thank you so much for sharing your teaching experience.

    Wonderful as always Blossom! The subtle details and variations build the correct intensity into exercises that can be so easily cheated. And what fun you are. This is what makes it also a great workout. Laughing makes our whole body work harder especially when doing teaser with legs straight out front, just Mr. Pilates would have you do.
