Great session, both of you! I took notes and now I’m off to my own chair. The table top series looks extremely difficult (great job with that Alisa!). The simplicity of the cues is inspiring!
Thank you Junghee, I know I’ll be back to revisit this session!

Junghee, so glad to be able to take “class” with you again. The few times I got to NY years ago I always made sure to work with you. Your clarity, specifics, and straightforward teaching is wonderful!
Alisa, lovely work as always both in your practice, as demonstrated here, and in the Pilatesology compliation!
    Excellent work both of you!

      Thank you Judy!!!
I know my cuing is so simple and straight. hahaha… I just like this way. I think it’s easy for the students to listen my voice with hard workout. My touching is specially for Mat and Wunda Chair. I found it is necessary because people needs support on Mat and Wunda more than other apparatus as you know. 🙂
Thank you so much watching and leaving the comment.

Thank you Junghee, I loved every minute of this class, except the Twist. I’m not quite ready for that yet! Any suggestions other than Snake & Twist on the reformer to help me get there?

      Hi Jon.
Thank you for watching my class and loving it. 🙂
It is about the control balance with your Power House. As you know building up the core is in many ways. The exercise on Wunda is challenging on the small panel with height. I’m not sure your level, however if you can do Teaser and Swan on the mat, you would try them together. one Teaser and then one Swan … Repeat… So you find yourself how to roll on the hip to side to side? I know it sounds funny but sometimes we do alternate like this for fun and challenge. 🙂
Rolling side to side with hip… Hum… I’m think the Hip Circle on the mat as well. 🙂 Focus on more smooth motion? Yes, you need Power House still to perform nicely for this.
And you might to try with a Pilates teacher with some spot. What do you think? 🙂

I’m completely soaked too… That was awesome! Thank you Junghee & Alisa.
Junghee’s classes always remind me that as teachers we often don’t need to say a whole lot. Her cues are concise and to the point- love her!

This is a very Masterful piece of Instructing here it seems to me by Junghee Won. To coin a favourite phrase of Alisa’s – ” you will see where I am coming from here as it gets a “little evil”.!!
Few words showing great command, control and requisite detail within each exercise movement. Very skilled.
Alisa as ever, demonstrating the ultimate Pilates art of strength and control.
Thank you for sharing with us Junghee Won.
