This class begins with a 45 minute mat workout and ends with 10 minutes on the Cadillac to address the issues that Melanie and Alisa are working on. The exercises on the mat challenge the spine to move in all directions and to discover how to lengthen in two directions at once.

    Awesome! Jay Grimes taught me about the two-way stretch and its importance everywhere in the studio. Practice putting it in to your reformer workout and all your exercises on the cadillac, chairs, barrels, etc. Have fun!

  3. Really great workout! I loved the constant reminder of having a two-way stretch. I felt so lengthened afterwards. I love pilatesology classes. I am learning such great cues and deepness to exercises.
