Thank you! Can you explain why the hardware(handles and hooks) should be on the outside for leg circles and frog? I find it more comfortable to have it inside so it will not touch my legs.

      Hi Francisco,
The hardware are placed on the outside when you add the extension straps for safety reasons. If they are on the inside, the hooks can catch on each other and come undone. If you keep your legs slightly turned out (in a Pilates V position) during your circles and frogs, the handles and hardware shouldn’t bother you too much. Thanks for the question!

I keep trying this video but it plays for about a minute and then just ends. I have been having this issue with a couple other videos on the site.

Lovely, Junghee! Thank you for the video. I spent all of April working with my students on transitions. I wish I’d seen this then 😉

Excellent tips for transitions. I have a way to go before I’m a “smooth operator” but Junghee is super inspiring! Thanks for the amazing content 🙂

Such a delightful, cheerful, and brilliant Instructor. If I had a Reformer for home use, this is the piece of video I would follow to guide me.
It’s simplicity, and practical guidance is the best I have seen.
The lovely Junghee Won – a privilege.

Great tip for a shorter client to get on the Long Box for Pull Straps, to hold straps first and then slide into position. I have a client that has a very similar body type to yours and will be very useful.
