In this short teaching video, Junghee shows how to introduce the Tendon Stretch exercise to a client when they are ready. You’ll learn optimal body placement, the goals of the exercise, how to break it down and spot for safety, where the client should be feeling it, and how to use your hands to guide and increase challenge.
