Simona teaches a series of different and not often shown variations in the Standing Arm Springs. Be sure to try these exercises out yourself before teaching them to others, Simona's student Joanne makes them look easy but they are not! The standing arm springs demand maximum control because the body is upright and has to fight gravity as you try to maintain balance through the limbs. Filmed at Uptown Pilates on Mahattan’s Upper East Side.
