Really enjoying the program, thank you . Realised I have not mentioned that to begin with.

As a novice to Pilates and with no much access to a real class , how do you recommend to blend all this in for a daily routine? I mean all three weeks worth of exercise. I do understand that the magic 7 are a daily one but just how would you shuffle the others around?

      Hi there –

Thanks for watching and for wanting to start a Pilates habit. I am glad you are enjoying the program as well. You are right that the basic 7 will be daily – or to be done each time you will workout. When the 7 become “manageable” and you can complete them in a timely manner you can add the class where you go from 7 exercises to about 10. Use the optional standing exercise videos as a good finish to your workout. They are arranged roughly in order, the easier ones being included in Week 1 and 2 and then the more vigorous and energetic ones in Week 3. This is only a guideline, you can of course choose whichever ending appeals to you that day. For more of a focus, the Wall exercises are great if you need a posture boost – say you’ve been sitting at your desk all day at work, or carrying a small child in your arms all day. You could even combine the Wall exercises and then do on of the Energizing Endings afterwards.
Try some ending combinations and see what feels good to you – there really is no wrong, only better, or appropriate for your day’s focus. Hope this is helpful – and if you have more questions, you know where to find me 🙂 Keep up the good work!

Thank you so much for your answer and guidance. Very helpful. And I really enjoy the way you explain. It is always hard to keep your core in check.

I laughed out loud when you told Joe to hug a tree on the ground! Sometimes we have to laugh at our cues! This whole series is wonderful and I think I may be able to persuade my hubby to try a few 🙂
    Thanks for making it fun!
