    The most interesting thing was the comment Mr. Rabara made about the way Pilates exercises are changed for apparently no reason.
    The arm position is a great part of the stability and this original position is a stable tripod. Lifting the boobs is as important.
    Very glad I watched it. Comforting to see.

    I truly enjoyed listening to Mr Rabara describe the set up for the Single Leg Kick, and he mentions “it is one of six he would like to go through with you sometime.
    It was the shape Ailsa’s body was in when she was finally in the set-up, that interested me.
    Alisa, I am sure you have the other five all on video and ready to reveal!
    So fortunate, those that are privileged to go to Mr Rabara’s classes.
