All you need is a mat, and a way to slide on your floor--use socks or a towel if your floors are hard, or you can use a slippery plastic plate for carpets (furniture sliders work great too). Be ready to work like never before, without the help of the 'extra muscles' from the springs on a Reformer, you have to find the control in your own body.
