This Reformer workout is for those familiar with exercises in which the legs roll over the head like Short Spine Massage, as well as more complex exercises like Coordination. With slight modifications for May's tight upper back and hip replacement, Alisa clarifies the proper alignment and initiation in Down Stretch, Up Stretch and the Elephant, and Knee Stretches.
