This quick rolling series was often used by Joe Pilates and his protege Romana Krzanowska at the finish of a long hard Reformer workout. It's fantastic to do anytime because it's a great massage for your spine and leaves you feeling uplifted.     Hello Colin! This mini rolling series is something that Romana would have us do after a full advanced reformer. The reason being that rolling was the only motion you didn’t get to do on the reformer. I don’t know if she made it up or if it came from Joe.. My hunch is that was something Joe would give to people for the same reason. There’s no name for this mini rolling series but you can recognize the rolling exercises straight from the mat.
    Does this make any sense to you know?
