Watch and learn or join in as Dorothee Vandewalle guides a group of Pilates teachers through the classical advanced Reformer series. Taking place at the end of a 3 day continued education event, this workout is focused on putting what was studied into action. You'll see others in the studio practicing the same exercises on the mat, Wunda Chair or wherever appropriate and you'll get Dorothee's uplifting cues to guide you into better form. Enjoy the ride!     Hallo Dorothee! Your metropolitanpilates-studio in Seattle was the first I visited abroad. (2008 – remember my son Tobi was playing tennis with the Huskies and studying accounting at UW) Now after my retirement from highschool, I study and learn the classical pilates (TPS) and I`m so glad and happy to have found you at pilatesology!
